In July I entered three of my Cushy Paws artwork pieces into The Three Counties Open Art Exhibition 2018, and I was lucky enough to have one of them selected to be exhibited in their exhibition over the summer months. The piece that was selected (image below) was a brand new piece that I had created and mounted onto a new size canvas. After the exhibition has ended my entry had been sold, which was amazing news, as well as another piece that I had submitted for the exhibition, which my first ever elephant.

Cushy Paws have donated one of their most popular artwork pieces from the highland cow collection to the Douglas Macmillan silent auction for their annual ball on Friday 5th October 2018.

This artwork piece has been designed to fit in with the colour of the Dougie Mac logo and to try and raise as much money for the charity as possible by donating our best seller artwork piece.

Cushy Paws have recently sponsored Lilo Star’s online pet show, who raise funds for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice..

Liberty-Skye is the founder of Lilo star’s online pet show and has been raising money for them by hosting a competition on Facebook for lots of pet owners to enter. There are several different categories, and each category has a sponsor, and that is where Cushy Paws come in. Liberty-Skye asked us back in November 2017 if we would like to sponsor a category for the show. We chose to sponsor the “Best Female’ category, which meant we would pay for the winning rosettes for the chosen winners, which also had our company name on. Once all of the sponsors are found and approved, all of the categories are sorted and submitted. Then everyone and anyone can enter into all the different categories. The show runs for a few months and tries to get in as many entries as possible, to raise as much money as possible, each entry is £1.
After the show has ended Liberty-skye has to sort out all of the entries and submit them to the right sponsor. Each sponsor then decides on the winners and runners up and the rosettes are posted out. This year on this show they managed to raise a MASSIVE £2,236.16p!!!!

Cushy Paws are now sponsoring a Dog Trust dog called Molly! You can sponsor your very own dog for just £1 a week at www.dogstrust.org.uk!

Cushy Paws will be exhibiting at Vintage Escapades in Nantwich on the 11th November 2017 for the Christmas fair!
Vintage Escapades is full of creative and inspiring stalls for all! The stalls will be exhibited in the civil hall  of Nantwich town from 9am- 3pm.
